Australian Postage

All glass jewellery items are sent gift boxed for presentation and to ensure their safety while in transit. Due to the thickness of these boxes Australia Post requires them to be sent at a Small Parcel rate.

Upon lodgement of your order you will receive an email from Australia Post with your Tracking ID#. This can be Tracked online here. Parcels are sometimes scanned en-route at the discretion of Australia Post so therefore information updates can be sporadic on their website.

Should you elect to have your order sent un-boxed as a large letter no guarantee can be given for it's safe arrival at the destination. Please contact me prior to purchase to see if this is an option for your order.

International Postage

As with Australian orders, all jewellery items are sent gift boxed for presentation and to ensure their safety while in transit. Due to the thickness of these boxes Australia Post requires them to be sent at a Small Parcel rate.

International parcels are sent using Australia Post Economy International Post Service. This service DOES NOT include any form of Tracking or Signature on Delivery services. Should you wish to add either or both to your order please do so by selecting relevant items from the Postage category.
